Exorcism (from Ancient Greek ἐξορκισμός (exorkismós) 'binding by oath') is the religious or spiritual practice of evicting demons, jinns, or other malevolent spiritual entities from a person, or an area, that is believed to be possessed.[1] Depending on the spiritual beliefs of the exorcist, this may be done by causing the entity to swear an oath, performing an elaborate ritual, or simply by commanding it to depart in the name of a higher power. The practice is ancient and part of the belief system of many cultures and religions.

Hi, I am Kyla
My yoga journey started in 2009, when my friends invited me to a yoga call as part of a sleepover. My neurospicy body, mind, & spirit fell in love with the focus, the challenges, the fun, and the stillness.
I got really serious about my practice in 2014, and in 2019, I signed up for my 1st 300-hour YTT, and in 2024 I did my 300-hour Yoga Therapy Diploma.
The way that yoga has taught me to understand, manage, and love myself through all the ups and downs of life is unmatched. I have never been medicated, which used to be terribly difficult, and now it's been a blessing and has taught me to use yoga as my medicine.
